Yin/Yang Yoga Drop in Class at Rama Lotus


In all Yang – there is still Yin. In all Yin, there is still Yang.
Designed to offer the balancing effects of yin (passive) and yang (active) styles of yoga.  This class draws upon the more internal, quiet and longer held postures, balanced with the more active, moving and dynamic or heat producing yoga postures to create a holistic body experience. Prenatal Yoga Drop in Class at Rama Lotus

This is a Kundalni based class where we use breathing techniques as a tool to help focus the mind.  The yoga postures used are tailored to relax you and to help you connect with your changing body.  This class will leave you feeling relaxed, recharged and steady in mind and spirit.  Each class finishes with savasana (relaxation) to the gong.  The gong is an instrument that uses vibration to completely relax you and allow you to let go.
